In true "Boo Boo" fashion, Alex fell on the playground and wound up with an impressive bruise/goose egg on his forehead. The ironic thing is he tripped over one of those "safety" mats they put on the playground so kids don't fall and get hurt...ha! He cried for half a second and then wanted to continue on his monkey way so I didn't think much of it but when I loaded him in the car I noticed the lump on his head. Poor kid. I suppose, it's not the first knock on his noggin he's had, nor will it be the last. However, after Nate fell and skinned his elbow, I decided it was time to leave the playground before it landed us in the emergency room for the night! :)
