March 3, 2011...Outdoor Shenanigans

Today was the first day in a while that it actually felt warm enough out to get the boys outside to play in the snow.  The sun was beautiful and the boys spent forever just scooting around on the ice that used to be our side yard.  I was so grateful to be able to get outside and let the boys blow some steam off.  What a gorgeous day!

February 19, 2011...Psych!

Mother Nature is playing a cruel joke on us.  Near 60 degree weather yesterday and today we get high winds, snow, and freezing temperatures.  It was brutal out there.  I would have liked to have been able to hunker down and hibernate but Nate started swimming lessons today.  So we trudged out in this horrid weather to the college so Nate could participate in the most chaotic and confusing swim lesson ever.  Hopefully next week will be better.  Both weather and lesson wise.

January 6, 2011...Snow Much Fun

The boys got out to play in the snow today and had so much fun!  I played around with my new zoom lens that I got for Christmas and got some great photos of the boys.  Fun was had all around!

January 4, 2011...Renewal

After a week or so of warm (40 degrees!) weather and melted snow, we finally started getting more snow the past couple days.  It's so nice when the old snow melts away and the new snow falls to freshen everything up.  I can't wait to get the kids out to play in the new snow!
